Howden rang to quote for my home insurance and the way the agent was talking in was going to be over £800. They rang back to try again with the incentive again and quoted lower but still much higher than the five star defacto quote from elsewhere which I had accepted & renewed. I sent them a copy and low & behold they managed to get below it. This was a month after my renewal date. Obviously no £50 cashback. They were however good with my car insurance aand I continued a policy with them.

I have just taken out two house insurance policies with Howdens in Luton. It is reassuring to be able to speak to someone straight away who is knowledgeable and local. I have been so impressed by Howden's. Thomas Lansdell, the broker, was very helpful and efficient. He gave me clear time frames for when he would get back to me and did so precisely as he said he would. The cover that has been arranged is very comprehensive. I highly recommend him as a broker

First class service. - Having tried without success to find an acceptable level of car insurance via comparison sites for a second car, Howden Insurance proved extremely helpful in arranging a policy to my satisfaction. Will not hesitate to use them again when my other insurance needs arise. The members of the Poole Branch I dealt with over the telephone including the Manager Dominic were pleasant to deal with and gave great service, including notably Scott with the final arrangement.
