I've used APlan Insurance Macclesfield for several years, the staff are friendly, professional and clearly explain the options available. This year Ruth sorted the insurance for me, with a fair and competitive price. Online companies may offer the cheapest prices sometimes, but it's support and quick service that's needed if you have an accident, which 5 yrs ago I did.... One phone call to APlan and they dealt with everything. Recommended!

I cannot fault the service i received. All the problems that arose were dealt with efficiently and as it was my first time to seek insurance cover everything was explained clearly. Always dealing with same person also added a personal touch. I was recommended them and I certainly do so.

I needed to arrange insurance on my VW camper conversion after the insurer recommended by the convertor demanded a massive increase 1 week into the policy. A-Plan quoted a much better deal. I spoke to Ibrahim and Thea who were both very helpful and kind. All quotes and documents were delivered promptly. Never had any trouble getting through on telephone.

I was looking for an insurance company with a 'real office' and proper face to face human beings and I found it on the Parade Leamington Spa this morning.
There really is no substitute for a professional and courteous conversation and the agent that dealt with me was excellent. Tracey sorted out my motorcycle insurance at a fair price which I was more than happy to pay for on the spot. Whilst in the office every other member of staff engaged with me too creating a very warm feeling of genuine welcome.
I have no doubt that other business that comes along ie home and contents and vehicle etc will be directed through A - Plan Leamington.
