Usually your performance is great but this time it was extremely difficult to get action and I nearly gave up and went elsewhere. It demonstrated that you cannot effectively do business via emails rather than the phone.
We were in Australia for the 2 months before our new car was delivered. In spite of MANY emails you failed to give me a quote and I felt totally unwanted. Returning just under 2 days before collecting my car I gave you one last try via the phone as soon as we returned home. You did come through then eventually
John Lewis on the other hand had given me a very competitive quote within minutes of contacting them over the internet.
I suggest you need to move into this century

I received extensive comprehensive cover for a good price (better than my current provider). The A-Plan Insurance office is convenient to my home and it is agreeable for me to be able to visit their base, actuallly speak to someone in person and receive answers to my queries. This way there is very little margin for error (online can be ambiguous).

Spoke to your consultant today Catherine Smith, Tooting office, regarding our home insurance renewal increasing in price so much from previous year. she was very knowledgeable and explained why. Catherine then reviewed our policy and managed to reduce the quote as best she could by ÂŁ55.
