Recently took a car insurance for a van for my new business.
Was getting really high quotes online, Spoke with A-plan on the phone who managed to get me a great deal! Over £200 cheaper than the compare sites.

I decided to go with A-Plan as their cover seemed very good and I was fed up trying to contact a phoneless company who didn't respond to emails. A-Plan were quick to respond to my request for a quote and their phone communication and postal correspondence has been very good. The big plus too, was that they have a local office in the nearest town. I did tell them that my surname had an s on the end of it and they corrected it and sent me a new policy. Unfortunately, the envelope continued to spell my name incorrectly, as does the emails. Hence my 4 stars rather than 5. Attention to detail is very important.

A-Plan in Alton, are the best. I am very hard customer to please, but I have got to take my hat off to excellent service what I receive it and take the time to write a review. I had two eMountain Bikes stolen recently. A-plan liaised with my insurers Aviva - who were also excellent - and they settled a significant claim (>£10k) within days. I never give a 10/10 rating. But in this case I have to give A-Plan 11/10 - exceeded my high expectations - highly recommended. A-Plan are the best.
