After a disastrous experience with General Accident when they were unable to insure the new BMW I was collecting from the garage, A Plan stepped in and covered me immediately. Such a pleasure to talk to a human! Yes, I have had to pay more but it is worth it for the quality customer service I have received.

Although the insurance I took out with APlan was a bit more expensive than I was quoted on comparison sites I went with them as if you have a problem they are always so helpful and take away the pressure. I have 3 policies with them now and would recommend them.
