With a view to looking into changing my House and Contents insurance provider, I had arranged a meeting in the A-Plan Bicester branch to see if they could offer a better deal than the renewal from my current provider.
Upon arrival I was met by a welcoming team for whom I was made to feel very comfortable straight away.
My meeting was with Kristella, who was very friendly and cared to my needs effectively and efficiently to ensure that that a potential new policy would be right for me. Upon review, I took out that policy straight away.

The agents ring in good time to allow customers to make decisions well in advance of renewal date and will always inform of policy and payment options. As it was a renewal the agents had already obtained a renewal quote and searched their panel to obtain the best (not always the cheapest) quote. Professional courteous service.

I recently contacted the Bournemouth town centre A-plan office to get a quote for buildings insurance. Graham deal with my enquiry and took me through the quote process. He was patient, friendly and knowledgeable and managed to save me a good amount of money in comparison with other competitors! I would definitely be happy to use A-plan again for my future insurance needs.
