Had the pleasure of dealing with Toni Jordan for my home insurance quotes. I have just bought my first property so am a bit new to all of this.
Toni was patient and explained everything as many times as I needed to fully understand, she gently reminded me to contact her to arrange the insurance without being pushy or forceful in any way.
I made the unfortunate mistake of visiting Compare The Market, where I had an absolute nightmare and ended up making a complaint.
A - plan and Toni will save you time and reduce your stress when buying any insurance products - I have several products with them. Unlike Compare The Market, the price they give is the final price you pay - no hidden extras!
Not only do they make the process of applying for and selecting insurance an easy and stress free process, they are also there every step of the way when it comes to making a claim. One can rest easy knowing one is fully and comprehensively insured, that there will not be any nasty surprises when one comes to claim and that one is paying a fair price for a good level of cover, there are many insurers who will take ridiculous monthly premiums for inadequate cover and then not pay-out when the time comes - definitely not the case with A Plan!!
A first class 5 star service, I will not be shopping anywhere else for my insurance products from now on.

Thanks to Asad I was able to get my first car insurance in 25 yrs! He was very helpful and guided me through everything. We have used A-Plan for many years for use of insurance for all vehicles including fleet vehicles and are never disappointed. On this occasion my new insurance was dealt with a lovely guy called Jemel at Tooting. Who went above and beyond to help me secure the best insurance for my new car. He explained things very thoroughly in terms that were understandable, he was polite, courteous and extremely patient. I recently bought a second car. I wanted to run both for an overlap time but had no idea how complicated this could be till I rang my then current insurers.
I rang A-plan on recommendation for help. I cannot praise the Farnborough branch too much. So helpful for both cars. I gladly changed insurers and now clearly know what’s what!. Will definitely look there next year for other insurance too.
