Firstly these guys answer the phone after 3 rings, no stupid AI, or 20 options straight through, they are kind, friendly, very professional and lovely to deal with will never go back to anyone else, cant recommend them enough 100% service with a genuine smile 😉

I contacted Howden Insurance and spoke to a young lady named Alicia Quimby-Bray. She couldn't have been more helpful. She went through everything with me and I got insurance £200 cheaper than with my previous insurance company

As I normally deal with Howden's for our car insurance's they were the first port of call to enquire about travel insurance. Our local branch were unable to deal with this but they kindly gave me a number to call at the Solihull branch where I was put through to Nicole.
The service I received from Nicole (Solihull branch) was very professional and friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. The thoroughness of the questions and the friendliness of her approach made what can be a time consuming process fly by, giving confidence that I have purchased more than adequate travel insurance for our forthcoming holiday.
