I recently took out a new vehicle insurance policy through A Plan. It wasn't the cheapest policy I had been offered, but A Plan went out of their way to tailor the policy to meet my needs. The staff members I spoke with were all attentive and polite.

Overall five star service on CLA's recommendation. My only comment would be that the customer handlers should be encouraged to slow down rather than rattle through the clauses that customers might not fully understand. Simple English translations really help! Otherwise great.

Archie in A-Plan's Guildford office provided excellent and friendly service for me when I recently renewed my house and contents insurance, researching at length the best cover for these at competetive prices, resulting in my saving a fair amount of premium compared to my previous insurer who had declined to reduce their renewal premium. It was a refreshing change to talk to an adviser in a high street office face to face instead of over the phone or the internet!

As A-Plan have recently opened an office in Mkt.Harborough.
