Having suffered the disrespectful actions of a tenant in one of my properties, l found myself, for the first time, having to make an insurance claim. To my surprise the actions of my current Insurance Broker had been somewhat unprofessional and lacking in care in terms of helping me secure a new suitable policy. I actually got to a stage where we did not have cover for three days and had felt very uncomfortable.
With this in mind, you will understand that once l contacted A Plan and discussed my issue with Rebecca, l was relieved find someone who wanted to understand my requirements and worked hard to find me cover that was both suitable and considerably more cost effective with regards to covering all aspects of my business property.

Initial good price on car insurance was bumped up several times by add-ons, most of which I refused. I did feel that I was being sold at rather than sold to. Administration was first class though

Renewed my insurance with A-Plan again this year, for a Caterham Seven, great competitive price, including trackdays, breakdown cover inside and outside of the UK.
Harry Male arranged to call me at a set time and did so, and was very clear and concise with all aspects of my policy.

Wonderfull service from Kate in Admin who kindly offered to deal with my previous insurance company due to problems obtaining the correct info of proof for my no claims discount.

Traded in a family car and got a commercial pick up from western nissan.
Phoned our insurance broker to find that my insurer would not insure the pick up privately, another company would but it was extortionate.
The dealer introduced us to Louise at A Plan insurance who got us great insurance immediately at a very reasonable rate.

Arrived with no appointment at the Ipswich branch and seen within a few minutes. Very helpful lady did all the hard work for me and arrived at a policy with a reputable company that was only slightly more expensive for my home insurance than my current premium. It was however £180 cheaper than my renewal quote. She also ensured I had the same level of cover as currently. Would recommend A - Plan if you have any doubts over the cover you need. They take away all the worry and hassle.

Really quick and easy to arrange my Car insurance renewal. Lauren Serrano Burke from the Bournemouth office gave me a ring, confirmed the details with me, and we quickly came to a quote which I was happy satisfied my needs and was competitive. I don't need to worry about being ripped off as they have various different insurers on their books, so no one is just ramping my price up relying on me to be too lazy to investigate, as A Plan do the investigation for me!

Well what can I say? Absolutely blown away by the complete compassion and understanding from a lovely lady called Thea. I had to change insurance companies due to unexpected circumstances. Thea took the time to listen with complete compassion at a really difficult time. A plan (Thatcham branch) This lady is a credit to you absolutely amazing lady. She took the time to go above and beyond her job title. Arranged 2 policies for less than the price being paid for one vehicle with a different company. Also I added extras to the policies. A plan as a company also helped so much. I’ve never dealt with an insurance company like it amazing. I’ll not use any other company again. Thank you so very very much. I’m always apprehensive about using companies that are recommended to me by car showrooms but sometimes you have to give these people a chance to show their worth and that’s what I did with A-Plan.
Now I have my van and other insurances with them, what clinched the deal to me was where their Head Office is.... a stones throw from our first family home!
