We have never used A-Plan before but we were really impressed. Although everyone was busy we were asked to take a seat and someone would be with us soon, all too often if employees are busy they ignore customers which was not the case. Heather became free and asked about our insurance requirements. She knew the products available and was able to give us a very competitive quote. Heather then followed up and sent us a written quote as requested which we accepted. In fact she will now give us a quote for house insurance later in the year. Brilliant service!

The young man, Shahan, to whom I spoke on the phone, was pleasant, helpful, friendly and very professional. I asked him a question to which he didn't know the answer and he promised to phone back the next day - which he did with the information. I am an elderly lady who is a little deaf, and he was very patient with me when I had to have a question repeated.

Dominic from the Haywards Heath branch was very helpful, polite and efficient. He took all my details and said he would phone back in a hour, which he did!
