Currently my work and social time is very busy so I appreciated the advance notice that my home insurance policy would be due for renewal shortly. I was tied up in a meeting when I received the information so I could not respond straight away. However, I felt the information provided was useful and I did not feel rushed into any decisions. I contacted Catherine Smith at Tooting today to proceed with the policy renewal. The whole process was straight forward and painless. After a security check over the phone, Catherine explained the key points of the policy and other options if I wanted to take them up, without any hard sell. Catherine was polite, professional and confident. Although I have never needed to make a home insurance claim, I have a warm feeling that it would be dealt with correctly should the need arise. I am also happy with the convenience of keeping the documents in an electronic vault. I could view the new documents as soon as the product was agreed and I know where to find them quickly in the future.

I called to renew my car insurance and was fortunate to speak to Liz Holt in the Tooting office.
Normally I don't leave reviews but Liz was a great help in sorting out the renewal and called me back with a cover offer cheaper than last year. Excellent friendly service; I feel like a valued A-Plan customer.

The service advise I got though to was Zavaar Ahmed. He was very helpful. Explained everything about my cover and how it all works. He advised me on the best plan for me and the wife and it was a very competitive quote.this is my first dealing with aplan insurance and I would highly recommend everyone to give them a try

I have had my car insurance with A-Plan since they opened up in my local area and have been very happy with their service so far. This year I moved my home insurance to them with the help of their adviser, Harissa Burney. Harissa, who was both pleasant and patient throughout, found me a policy that was equal to my existing provider, at a better premium.I also have the added advantage of a local office with staff on site to deal with any problems or claims that may arise which I consider a real bonus.

After speaking to A plan over the phone was pleased with their approach to my insurance needs for Household insurance and found them professional in their actions.Did not commit initially but visited their local office unannounced and placed my business with them after consultation.
I paid them the annual premium agreed and within 15 minutes they let me have a policy document.
