Always find staff at A-Plan extremely helpful. Getting a good price is top of my list but so is having the security of knowing that if I do have to make a claim there's somebody at the end of the line I can rely on to help me sort it out. Great in this day and age for the phone to be answered quickly by real people not a machine!!!

Having laboured online for an hour or three last year and got a high renewal price this year, I was dreading spending half my day sorting car insurance out again. I decided to try a locally based broker instead and I’m amazed to be writing a review as I never do normally. To speak with a polite helpful human only a mile away from me was great. He took all the hard work out of it and the result was a great deal better as well. Furthermore if I do have any issues I can just call their office and they will do it all. This might sound like an advert! But genuinely it was great and I can’t believe that I’m writing that about what is usually such a tedious task.
