I needed to renew the home building and contents insurance for my elderly parents and was very impressed by the service I received from A Plan. Michelle Baldwin at the Tooting office took my call. She efficiently identified my parents' needs and went through the necessary questions with me, explaining them clearly. Within half an hour she rang back with a good value quote from a reputable firm. The whole process was fast, efficient. and courteous. Michelle was very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend A Plan as a reliable insurance broker who are good to do business with.

I was having great difficulty insuring my brand new narrowboat through other insurance providers and that brought me to a-plan. I spoke to Yvonne at the Parkstone office and she worked brilliantly to get it all sorted out. Yvonne was friendly, understanding, polite and incredibly efficient in the face of a ridiculous situation. However, her belief in my point of view and her persistance with the insurance company was second to none. The result of which meant my boat could be launched the next day with full cover and therefore a lifelong dream realised. Thank you Yvonne and all at Parkstone.

I had 11 years with the same broker. They always contacted me 3/4 weeks before renewal. I heard nothing and discovered they no longer existed. I had two weeks to organise contents/building & car insurance. So I went online. It's a nightmare.
I received a flyer from A-plan, and realising they were nearby; I went to see them. What a relief, real human beings, Knowledgeable, efficient, patient & helpful. It was all so simple. I can highly recommend them.

First time in 14 years obtaining car insurance, i called A-Plan for a quote, after going through all the questions that needed to be asked i was given a quote which was cheaper than the two previous quotes that i had received elsewhere. Needless to say that, and the professionalism of the insurance consultant that i spoke to - Jessica Hunt, i took out the policy there and then. Highly Recommended.
