Phoned for a quote on my car insurance. Went through what I wanted with a very nice lady who dealt with this section professionally and in good time. Told me they would look for the best offer. Received a call back from Peter within half an hour. Full quote given along with detailed policy information, answered a few questions I had and fully answered and confirmed in a very professional and friendly manner. I am very happy with this great service and extremely ecstatic with the overall experience that not only saved me money but also with the time saved. we weren't happy with our previous agents so came along for a face to face (don't like all these over phone quotes as they can put anything down) with A-Plan in Loughbourgh (we had insured our 17 year learner with them) and got a good quote that fulfilled our needs, all staff were professional and polite throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, excellent service.

Although I expected my insurance premiums due on 31.5.2022 to increase due recent claims made ( the first in over a decade) I hadn't prepared myself for an increase of 111%. The notification arrived leaving me only 3 weeks to search the market for other quotes. The policy needed was for buildings and grounds, contents,and a small business which complicated the search. I found A Plan responsive and timely to my requirements as well as calm and professional while I buzzed around like an angry hornet. Jaide Stone found me a competitive quote, answered my queries quickly and clearly but above all, she was accessible, which is not always the case these days. I am satisfied that the insurance covers the property and have now calmed down. Thank you A Plan

I've got nothing but good things to say about Aplan. Have been with them for a few years now, (Private Clients), my home, my work, my vehicles, pretty much everything is with them.
I've found that they go out of their way to get things sorted for me. I was stranded in France with a broken GearBox (car going no where) Aplan (Chubb) were on to the case and instead of just getting me home, they sent a Taxi for me, they got me another car, organised accommodation, ferry and phoned and phoned me until I was home.
In all honesty I won't go anywhere.
Of particular note is Steve Davis who is part of the MotorTeam, wickedly quick, wickedly efficient, very professional.
Another mention goes to Matt Cash, Claims Team, when I have been in need of help, as in help from them, he's always on hand and quick to organise, and is always ahead of the game.
Private Clients and APlan, I think they are exceptional, they are NOT the cheapest. I, however, consider them the best.
I'm not planning on going anywhere else.
