Recently I had to try to make a claim in a home emergency which put me into a blind panic, and I found it difficult to access help as it was on a bank holiday. The insurance company made me think that I was not covered for something I thought I was covered for.
A-Plan did follow up and investigate, which is why I went through a broker - they have a bit more power with the insurers.
To A-Plan's credit (I have amended my star rating accordingly), they followed up again and were extremely supportive, following up with me and dealing with the insurer on my behalf.

I received extremely helpful and well explained information when I made my first enquiry about commercial van insurance. The quote was very competitive. Christa provided an excellent quote from AXA which was highly competitive with the renewal quote I received from the RAC, without losing any key benefits and maintaining the same excess levels.
