Hi on Monday I spoke to Ben Litchfield to sort out a Comprehensive Insurance quote for my Cadillac Escalade. He was very Polite, friendly and extremely helpful in not only getting me a quote (despite being held up by a gremlin in the system somewhere) sorted out a good quality quote and arranged it all for me. Today Adam Horwood-Smith (Taunton branch) provided an A1 service when I phoned to get a quote for car insurance. He was polite, very knowledgeable and took the time to collect all the relevant information to ensure he could provide a like for like quote. I spoke to a nice young lady called Charlotte. She is by far the most professional, polite and efficient person I've ever dealt with over a phone. She was extremely knowledgeable about my individual needs regarding insurance and was able to get me a very fair and reasonable deal.
Her mannerisms and tone were second to none, honestly this lady could sell me a 9 year trip to Gauntanamo Bay and I'd pay for it happily.
Whatever you're paying her, it's not enough!

I was swapping insurance on my newly self converted T5 campervan with all the additional modifications we spend on these money pits I was expecting the worst, However the service was absolutely brilliant, was very thorough and more than exceeded my expectations in terms of service from Adam Symes and the level of cover they provided to suit my needs, not only that they came in a-lot cheaper than my previous year with another insurer and pre modifications! So a massive thumbs up from me for A-plan and a big thank you for the great service from Adam. Keep it up guys, I highly recommend everyone gives A-Plan try.

It’s so great to be able to speak to an actual person who has time to go through everything without rushing. I have been using A Plan for a number of years because they get me competitive rates but also because it’s actually a relaxed experience in my busy day. I contacted A-Plan because my previous insurer for home and contents was taken over by Swinton Insurance, who managed to make a mess of a perfectly straightforward transfer and provided terrible service. The A-Plan experience was the exact opposite: one understanding and intelligent person who took me through the whole process of getting covered in 15 minutes without stress or long waiting periods. I am now fully covered by an organisation in which I have confidence. Well done Archie and A-Plan.
