Great to actually have face to face interaction to discuss my insurance. The quote was fair and I anticipate that dealing with these friendly people will be good even though i hope not to have to (eg in the case of a claim).

Today a very nice man called Adam Billings called me from the Parkstone office as it was time to renew my car insurance! He was friendly and polite and very helpful and it was all sorted and arranged in10 minutes. I’ve been with A plan for a very long time and have had nothing but good service!! They were also incredibly helpful on the one time there was an accident and really helped us to get it all sorted out!! It’s so nice to get the personal touch and know that they are always at the end of the phone to help!!!

We have had 2 vehicles and home insurance with A-plan on and off over the years, and only change providers when we really have to but we always try to come back.
The staff on the whole are really polite and friendly, they do their best to get you a good deal.
The palaver of sorting insurance out is made much easier with these guys, you can have your certs emailed in PDF instead of faffing about with passwords for their portal ( doc storage ) - much simpler
A big plus is they answer the phone in good time and its not routed via India so you can understand whats being said !
