Very helpful professional people in St.Albans branch. Advised and guided a family member who at the time wasn’t a customer at the time but now is. Worth a lot to actually just pick up the phone and be able to talk to someone who understands and helps. Most of my family are with Aplan for car insurance and House insurance.

This is my second year having my car insured by A-Plan. I knocked out the last star as there was a some-what worrying hitch at the last minute, which turned out to be less worrying, but still more expensive than I had hoped., as I do not remember making aby claims in the large number of years I have been insured.

Mr Franklin was welcoming and friendly. He asked me about the type of insurance that I needed and about-face my previous insurer and reasons for leaving previous insurer. He asked about car insurance but my husband deals with that and I will be pushing him in your direction. I felt confident with his replies to my questions. I saved money and left the office happy.
