Kirsty was knowledgeable and helpful and managed to beat the quote received by another supplier. However when I called to make to corrections to the policy and spoke to someone else I was told not to worry as these would not affect the policy. A bit concerning as one should always ensure information is accurate. I did ask that the conversations was recorded for any future reference.

Nicole from the Solihull branch has been amazing! I was trying to insure a van conversion and she has been very patient and helpful in trying to help me get it insured. Unfortunately due to my age she couldn’t get me a quote but she went above and beyond to try and help. She was accommodating and went well out of her way to try and get me insurance. Bought a new car and needed some insurance ASAP. A-plan insurance is in our town centre so an obvious choice. Welcomed with a big smile and then straight down to getting my car insurance sorted. About 15 minutes later all sorted, I was happy with the result and left smiling. Greeted with a smile and left with a smile.
