Was a little disappointed that despite replying to all the innumerable my replies were not recorded accurately. When the policy came through i had to phone and correct quite a few things. I also had to point out to them claims were still recorded on the policy that should have dropped off, therefore making the no claims discount two years less than it should have been. It turned out I was therefore overcharged. (and they couldn't refund it for 10 days until the policy came into effect)
