Having been let down by both our home and vehicle insurers at renewal we “went local” and called A-Plan Salisbury. Jonathan Scanlan at the Thatcham branch made acquiring suitable car insurance, what I would normally find onerous, a very pleasant experience. A successful result with insurance at a very competitive rate being secured for my classic Mini Cooper.
Despite being at the end of a phone for well over an hour (maybe longer) he was professional, knowledgeable and capable of enduring my sense of humour - he won't forget the definition of 'spinster'!😉
