I went into local branch the chap I saw was very good talked me through everything it was a competitive quote to what I received on line , and he answered all my questions i usually use NFU but they where far to expensive so I am a happy new customer.

I was a first time campervan owner looking for motor insurance on my recently converted 2020 plate VW Transporter van. I found my way to A-Plan through the Transporter T6 Forum. The process with A-Plan was clear, well explained, easy to understand and very very competitive. The agent was friendly, helpfull and had a good knowledge of campervans and the A-Plan product. The dread I was feeling prior to starting out looking for insurance fell away as I went through the process with the agent. Having explored other companies for quotes I found A-Plan offered a very competitive but comprehensive quote. Thank you A-plan and thank you T6 Forum.

As always, A Plan comes top for customer service. Thomas Jack in the Cheltenham branch went above and beyond to help me get the right level of cover. Although just a few pounds more than the meercat people, its worth every penny to get exactly the cover you want, and to speak to a human (who answered the phone really quickly). I totally recommend them.
