The gentleman who dealt with my request, Calum (sorry if it's meant to be two L's!), was incredibly friendly and helpful. He led me through all the options and explained everything I didn't know with the best of manners, then led me through the questions he needed answering with great efficiency. I was helped with figuring out things I didn't know the answer to as well, before he went away to do some insurance hunting for me. It wasn't long before he got back to me with the quotes, and the job was done.

Very friendly and informative from the guy behind the desk, guided me along a renewal and a new policy and explained things clearly and precisely, was in there around half an hour I think and must have been one of the most easiest experiences when taking out insurances!

Well I am overwhelmed at the Service I have received from this Company! Beth listened to my requirements to insure my Stage 1 remapped Fiesta. As I was getting alot of can't quote! Beth @Shrewsbury said she will contact Modified insurance Company when they reopen, as it was 5pm and they were closed. Today Rebecca @Rias Ins rang with all my details to hand, I asked a few questions. Which she took her time to explain, which resulted in me taking up the quote! Outstanding Customer Service and recommend parishes for you both! Then I've just had a call from Richard in regard to obtaining Classic bike Insurance, which he is arranging from A line. Will not be dealing with snyone else now I have found a company that have Staff who know there job!

What can I say. I had a fantastic experience with this company. The person I was communicating with was Chantal Vince at the Tooting branch. She was quick and efficient at finding me the lowest possible price for insurance. And even chased down a better price and rang me back.
