Jane, of A Plan Kidderminster, has given excellent service recently over our home insurance.
Unsparing of time, she has phoned three times over a week to clarify matters. She is constrained by H&S scripts which lengthen procedures, but has persevered and been most thorough.

I have had my car insurance policy with A plan for the last couple of years. Every staff member I have spoken to has had a great telephone manner, good product knowledge and great customer service skills. I didn't hesitate in getting a quote for my house insurance from them after having a positive experience previously. Many thanks to Stephen Goldsmith at the Colchester Branch. After trying numerous insurance companies I decide to go with A-Plan, I gave Patrick my requirements he then came back to me within the hour with a suitable policy which I was happy to except. There was a description error on my vehicle within the documents but this was put right there and then.

I had my T5 camper van insurance renewed today, and after recomendations from DOC I chose A plan.
I found that Thea maslin in the A plan office did a great job getting me the quote that suited my needs.
She was very helpful, polite and easy to communicate with while sorting out my quote, and saved me some money too .

Fantastic Customer Service -
I called 17/8/22 to see if APlan would cover my 17 yr old daughter for car insurance. Ashley Wiles was extremely friendly, understanding of the situation and helped talk me through everything while being personable and professional. What a difference - treating the customer as a person and not just a number.
Had to call back 18/8/2022 to change the Licence Plate number - entirely my fault this was not considered on the call with Ashley. I naively thought this would take weeks to organise, however after looking into it with the DVLA this is an instant change, hence my call on 18/8/22 - spoke with Aleksandra Staniszewska and again I was warmly welcomed onto the call and treated as an individual. Aleksandra was friendly, caring and went above and beyond and offered to waiver the £10 fee for the admin change because the policy was only just activated. I didn't even ask for this. That's customer service!
Called again 15mins later after making the change with DVLA and welcomed by Niamh Howard, again very friendly welcome. She tried to transfer me to the adjustments team but when they were too busy, she took ownership and made the changes to the policy.
3 calls, 3 fantastic customer service agents who seem to really enjoy their roles and go out their way to make the customer feel welcomed.
Many other organisations could learn a lot from this type of Customer Service!!!

I have used A-Plan for over 15 years for all my insurances for cars, houses and business. I have always found them to be competitive in their pricing, but 10 years ago, whilst my wife was stationary, an idiot ran into the back of her vehicle at high speed causing her to be cut out of the vehicle. Matt Cash was exemplary in dealing with our claim and getting a very favourable settlement. For me, this is how you measure a company, not only on its price, but how they resolve problems when they arrive.
I have today renewed my group car policy using Matt Clark and i was very impressed that he managed to get the premmium about £400 cheaper than last year.
I have no hesitation in recommending this business to my family, friend and anyone else who wants first class service in Insurance.
