I have been a customer with A-Plan Bournemouth for many years, insuring my car and my wife's car, and also building and contents for our home and my mother-in-law's home.
The personal service, advice and patience from the A-Plan Bournemouth office -- and particularly from Lauren Serrano Burke this afternoon when renewing my car insurance and considering/discussing different options -- is excellent. Unlikely to get anywhere near this level of service from online quotes / direct insurers, which is why we remain loyal to A-Plan Bournemouth.

I have become increasingly frustrated with the latge Insurance call centre's.
I called A-Plan and spoke with Lauren who was fantastic, she was able to compare the market and provide a competitive quote. Not only that, A-Plan are local and look at the market providers year on year and not tied into one company.
It's great to have a friendly company that you can talk to again looking after my insurance needs. Mr Clark
