The whole process was complicated as I was trying to insure a new car which was not yet registered and consequently reduced the number of brokers willing to take it on but the A Plan agent was very patient and eventually found a broker.

I liked the fact that the man I dealt with Dale Osbourne was professional & addressed me as Mr instead of just using my first name automatically as many people do these days. After 15 years my bank stopped providing car insurance. I tried many, many companies who couldn't provide me with cover for an imported car, that is until I spoke to A-Plan. They were very helpful, listened to what I had to say and were true to their word. They not only gave me a quote but it was better than the original insurance I had. I have taken our the car insurance policy with them, also travel insurance and I am going to recommend them to my friend. Full five star rating in my book.

Didn't like the first advisor to be honest and he made a mistake which he then did not correct when it was pointed out to him. It took another call to a much nicer advisor who then promptly sorted it straight away. This was an unusual issue with A-Plan as usually they are 100% first time in my experience. Otherwise I am very happy with their customer service.
