Fed up with trying to sort quotes online and then trying to sort it out over the phone when you can never get through. The music drives you mad. Deciding I needed to talk to a human being face to face I headed to A-Plan who I know have been in Andover for many years. I received a warm welcome with a cheery greeting on entry. The staff were friendly and helpful and I was given quotes that beat anything I had found or been sent. Needless to say they now have my business and I will return when other policies are due for renewal.

Came across A-Plan Insurance when trying to insure my modified van the quote i got was £200 pounds cheaper than my present insurer and my compulsory excess also dropped, I would recommend getting a quote of A-Plan to anyone.

Just spoke to Mr Chris Ashford who helped me find the best car insurance deal for me. He made the whole process enjoyable (normally a huge anxiety for me, especially online), easy and found a very good price. Even accommodating my non tech abilities by sending me a paper copy and letting me send proof of no claims to him via a prepaid envelope! Good old fashioned customer service at its best. I am therefore making the effort to leave feedback online in appreciation of his efforts. Thank you so much.
