I can’t be more impressed with the A-Plan, Thatcham office. I read a review suggesting they were the best to contact to insure my lightly modified BMW M340i Touring and, my goodness, so they were.
Natasha took my enquiry and she was utterly brilliant the whole way through. Very impressed with the whole experience. The Thatcham office are clearly car enthusiasts who enjoy their jobs. Highly recommended.

I belong to a mini cooper owner's club and I put a post saying who's insured with two or more cars ,of course I got several answers but one guy approach me from A plan and pointed me in the right direction of you guys.
I couldn't ask for better customer service, Richard who I spoke to was not only friendly but ask me all the right questions and made me feel comfortable about insuring some of the stuff I wouldn't have even thought about. Top man 👍 I might be a bit biased because he is South African and my late Father was also from South Africa and we got on well.
Richard also made a follow-up call call a few days later to make sure everything was in place for me. He had taken some holiday and said once he came back from holiday he'd give me a call.
I would highly recommend A plan.

I think the reason a lot of people don’t change insurers very often is because of the rigmarole involved - so many questions. I am one of these people. However, the procedure was fairly straightforward and only took about 26 minutes. Still too long in my opinion. Jordan was helpful and the quote I received persuaded me to change companies.

It all went well after checking out other insurers. The only small problem was having to copy and send details of my NCB from previous insurer which for me proved a faff as one of my insurers wouldnt send out those details until the present policy expired. No worries though, A-Plan realised the problem and accepted it as is. First class service from the A-Plan rep. Recomended.👍

The process of renewing our house insurance by obtaining a competitive quote was straight forward and painless. A Plan's representatives in Kingston upon Thames were friendly, meticulously thorough and professional. As a result, the 67% hike in our renewal quote from our existing insurers was avoided by re-insuring through A Plan. When we come to renew our car insurance, we will certainly use their services again.

I was recommended A-Plan by The Van Shop in Kingswood from whom I had purchased my Smart Car, and I was keen to use a local broker. Abi was most helpful and professional on the telephone and in due course came back to me with a quote which was higher than I had expected but her explanation and exposition was comprehensive and illuminating and we agreed the deal late in the afternoon. I will be happy to discuss my home insurance with her when it falls due in March. Excellent service.
