After receiving an email telling me I needed to renew my insurance, I called a plan again. I spoke with an operative called Victoria. I have never spoken with anybody more informed and knowledgeable in their job in my life! Victoria guided me through my renewal process with care and determination. I can't believe I'm even using these words in describing a car insurance renewal 😂. Believe me the lady I spoke to was a breath of fresh air. I had to speak to her superior and let him know his name was Rick and again, what a wonderful person. It seems to me that a plan have dedicated and caring people working for them. I just like to say thank you to both Victoria and Rick, I only called to renew my car insurance but I left with my renewal in faith in humanity!
