Some information, e.g. calculation of excesses not explained and Excess Protect not clear enough to understand the amount claimable in a policy period.
Trustpilot asks for a Clientid but what is it? Google suggests it's computing terminology (ClientID) and A-Plan's documents have no such word. What a waste of time.

After a appalling service from my pervious insurance company of many years it was a breath of fresh air to visit the A-plan office in Lichfield. The staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was to much trouble. Alexandria who sorted my car insurance which was not an easy task for many reasons! was patient and informative and once my policy was sorted it was cheaper than my previous insurer. I would highly recommend these guys and fantastic to have a company on the high street you can call into rather than faceless call centers who are completely useless in my opinion. thanks again guys. Eventually I got the cover I wanted but it was a long haul
Asking to speak to a specific person, not available so request a call back, never happened, then 2 more tries and same happened. Finally after being rather firm on calling got the call and sorted no problem .

I have renewed my car insurance with A-Plan insurance. Was really nice and comforting talking to a person. Rather than being told by a person (from other insurance companies) to do it yourself online!! I was really pleased with the price aswell.

I called APlan on the recommendation from Tread The Globe on You Tube. I did beforehand have a quick look at Comparethemarket. I filled out a contact me form on APlan was was quite surprised how quickly I was contacted; some companies take many days to call, if they ever do call. Anyway, Adam from APlan contacted me and knew exactky the cover I needed for my motorhome and he knew the Tread the Globe discount. Adam went through everything very well and I did sign up. Thanks
