It is such a treat to be able to phone an insurance company and actually have a real person, not only answer the phone but to deal with your request fully and with no hassle. It is so less stressful than trying to fight your way through a constant list of questions only to spend ages waiting to get through to the right department!

Having received a quotation from the Harrogate Branch manager some months ago and although I did not place the business with A Plan I was impressed with the professionalism shown.
When my slightly complicated Household insurance came up for renewal I had no hesitation in returning to A Plan. Again the manager & staff were very helpful & efficient in sourcing the best outcome for me. When another of my policies comes up for renewal I will not hesitate in visiting A Plan.
A stressless experience unlike dealing with Online companies. As a person of age to be able to sit across a desk makes a world of difference.
