I Just wanted to add a few words of thanks to both Emma and Jon in the Solihull branch for their professionalism and friendly approach while sorting out my commercial vehicle insurance and public liability insurances. I used to go through an online journey when it came to renewal, until I was told to try A-Plan. These guys are fantastic and did all the hard work for me and managed to beat what I thought were reasonable quotes. I won't hesitate to recommend A-Plan 100%, especially Emma and Jon in Solihull, well done both and thank you once again.

Having spent months trying to sort out the insurance claim, Katherine Letten, took the claim and fully managed this moving forward. I was kept informed of the progress and the job is now coming to a close. I cannot rate Katherine highly enough for her tireless work and organisation of my claim which is why I am renewing my insurance with A Plan again this year.

Excellent experience obtaining our temporary second home property Homeowner insurance coverage. They researched options that fulfilled our needs and obtained an affordable annual premium for us. They were very thorough in their searches, and followed thru on many of our additional requirements. Dealing face to face was so much easier than trawling through other online companies. Eddie @ Newport branch, Isle of Wight made me feel very welcome as soon as I walked through the door and he treated me as a valued customer. He was so professional and above all, found me a great deal on my car insurance saving me £60 which my previous insurers had increased it by.

A- Plan Insurance were excellent in finding a new buildings and contents policy for me. I was faced with a very short time-frame to find cover as my previous insurer would not provide cover after I informed them I was going to have some building work done.
