I have been with A-Plan for many, many years. The service they provide continues to be consistently absolutely fantastic. Today I renewed with Cameron Birkby. Great quote, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Seamless. A real pleasure to deal with these guys. If you find car insurance stressful or tedious, this is the place to go to.

I have been a customer of A-Plan Insurance (marine insurance) for several years and have found my broker, Mr Quinton Hall at the Parkstone office at Poole to be very helpful and informative. All of the relevant renewal documentation was explained and the policy was renewed quickly and efficiently. The new policy documentation was emailed immediately.

A Plan are proactive at renewal and will make recommendation as to whether I should remain with current insurer or they have obtained a more competitive quote for me at renewal.
My local branch, Woking, are brilliant!

I have been very happy with A-plan, renewing my home and car insurance with them for the past few years. Most times the policy doesn’t go up from the previous year and if it does, only a little. They are easy to contact too if you have any problems.

The service Aplan gives is exceptional. They know their stuff and are very efficient, polite, very curtious, helpful and professional.
