All the staff at the Newton Abbot branch were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dale Shirt was patient and happy to check prices with and without extras for my car insurance. Dale cross checked against my previous cover and found me more suitable cover with the breakdown cover I thought I had (but didn’t!).

I phoned to renew my policy and the person who dealt with my request was polite and professional. He gave me a price of £623.84. This I agreed. When I received the documents, the full price was £702.84. Administration and legal fees had been added. I do not remembet having been told of this and was very surprised - at least. This is the only 'complaint' I have. The date of the experience is approximate.

Excellent service and they were the cheapest quote for a converted campervan. We got multiple quotes of other companies and should have just went with them from the start. Very polite and clearly know there stuff.

Having moved house (200 miles!) I wanted to stay with A-Plan as I'd used and found them very satisfactory for a number of years. So I did so when renewing my building & contents insurance recently at their nearest office. I was not disappointed. The attention and service I received was again very good.
