Really pleased with the process of quoting for new business. Sam in the Chelmsford office was very helpful and provided a very competitive quote.
I needed insurance for a modified car, so it was great to be able to list all of the changes in detail on the policy document to ensure that I am properly covered - which is something you can't do with a comparison site (unless the modifications are simple).

Renewing house contents policy. Had already checked companies online. A-Plan's quote was with company I had always accepted from them. I queried the quote. Also queried the admin costs. Eventually A-Plan found me another company. It offered exactly the same as the first one they suggested but was considerably cheaper.

As our premium with a different company had risen a lot, we contacted a-Plan, through whom we had had motor insurance in the past. They were very efficient and helpful, and found us a good quote with a reliable company quite fast. They have been quick to reply to queries and so we have now taken out a policy with them.

Contacted A-Plan after receiving heavily increased renewal from previous insurer. Spoke to Jamie Alford at Winchester Branch who was extremely helpful and professional. Succinct and comprehensive advice was given and we had very acceptable quotes on three vehicles. Cannot thank him enough for his input - having had our working lives in sales, we recognise good training and personal commitment. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Would certainly recommend A-Plan.
