The A-Plan representative, Mr. Nicholas Collins dealt with my application in a friendly and helpful manner, which was a good start. There were some issues, mainly dealing with security, which remained unclear, but I was assured that the policy met my requirements. A written acknowledgement where the controversial aspects were confirmed as not affecting my insurance cover would have been reassuring for complete peace of mind.

Renewal takes as long as opening a new account which is the only reason I renew, because it’s supposed to be quicker. Good premium but who knows until you make a claim, then you find out how good they are.

I was very concerned when I did not receive a confirmation e-mail fairly promptly. Waited a week and then spoke to Becky at the Birmingham office,it Would appear not to have been sent.
