What we thought was going to be a straight forward renewal came off the track overnight. But due to the persistence and hard work of my contact at Aplan disaster was averted. We changed insurance providers and they managed to put cover in place on the very last day of my existing policy.

I had occasion to contact A plan Insurance to see if they could source an insurance company to provide home & contents insurance. I have recently had floor heave which has now been rectified, but a lot of insurance companies won't insure for 5 years after floor heave has been rectified, but A plan came up with a company that I have taken out insurance with, & once I have had a survey carried out, they will add subsidence & floor heave cover to the policy at no additional cost. Great service from A Plan.

I was up for car insurance renewal and couldn’t find a really good offer from any of the comparison sites. I had no previous experience working with insurance brokers. I came across A-Plan as I live locally to a branch near by. I decided to get in touch and worked with a lovely chap called Dylan over a Saturday morning, and he managed to get me a great deal with a reputable insurance provider (I know of quite well) with all the benefits included!!!! Dylan was a top bloke and was easy to talk too and felt confident, he had my best interest from the jump!
