I had decided to buy a van for use in moving things between the family home and my new home. The company I had my car insured could not cover the van, but they put in touch with A-Plan Insurance. The first person I spoke to was Jon Fletcher and he spent some time talking to me to understand my requirements. He then put together a competitive quote for me. There have been a few hiccups along the way, but I kept in touch with Jon, and he kept rechecking the insurance rates for me. Today I was able to complete the process with A-Plan. Thank you Jon.

Just to let A plan know what a great service Emma Holland gave at the Lichfield branch today. I’d already spoken to a couple of companies direct who just didn’t seem bothered about making sure the list of risks would be covered as required. Emma patiently allowed me to read the long list given by the solicitor to cover the lenders requirements and went away to confirm she could provide what was required. Insurance was put in place ready for our sons first home purchase next week. It was so refreshing to talk a human and one that didn’t just read everything from a crib sheet. In the current climate the world needs more Emmas and all future calls will be measured against the “Holland Scale” Rob

I was expecting a call the next day from the agent I think with the price but that did not happen unfortunately so I don’t know how much my policy is costing as I was prepared to pay up front.
