Exceptional service yet again from Daniel (Baisingstoke Branch). Since first being recommended to A-Plan to insure a truck in 2010, I have never used any other insurer. I have the Baisingstoke number in my 'phone and seem to get Daniel every time :)

I have used A Plan for some years, both for car insurance and house insurance. I find them helpful, courteous and friendly without being 'pushy' and I like the fact that there is help on hand to deal with my insurances if accidents happen.

Great service (as usual) from A Plan St Albans. Easy to talk to but always highly professional and extremely helpful if you have to make a claim. They managed to get a car insurance quote for me that was almost exactly that same price as last year - very welcome in these days
of spiralling costs! I would highly recommend A Plan St Albans - after all I've had some kind of policy (car, house etc) just about every year since 1978 as I highly value the personal service they always provide.
