A while ago I was talking to a man who was extremely helpful apart of the thatcham schemes branch. I believe his name was Brady or Bradley? Extremely positive experience and should be the standard when dealing with something so important. Very professional call and gave me a good insight into my realistic insurance plans.

Helpful on phone. A plan did however offer a high price until met with a more competitive offer from the AA. At this point, they negotiated a lower offer. Had I not challenged them I would have had to pay considerably more.
