I was very pleased to receive a phone call from Chantal Vince to discuss my Insurance Policy for my Transit Van and go through everything with me before deciding to renew with A Plan. Chantal was very clear on the phone and explained everything in a way so that I understood what the policy covered and that it was the right Policy for me. You are always talking with a real person not press 1 for this and 2 for that. The person you speak to can either deal with your enquiry or put you on to another colleague who can help. Brilliant service. I will not change just to get a cheaper price.

I went to the office in bury-st-edmunds to pay my home insurance policy which is 8 miles from my home.the person i spoke to informed me i could not pay it in person as i was insured at a.plan's worcester branch.hence a quite long phone call to sort it out dissipointed i could not pay in person at the bury-st eds branch.

Policy excesses should never be overlooked, in favour of a lower premium. Again A-Plan offer realistic excesses and even advise, if they think you may get better value elsewhere.
