I received an email reminder for my insurance which gave me plenty of time to renew it.
The contact Dylan, was very helpful and as I had been transferred from another company who no longer handle commercial vehicle insurance, he had a lot to check. The quote was reasonable and we went ahead.
There was some delay in receiving the electronic documents due to a problem with A Plan portal but it was resolved via email.

Our needs were complex but were dealt with efficiently by Daniel Littleboy at the Norwich branch. We needed any driver cover for a car which our church would use for driving old and infirm people to church, medical appointments and social events. We also needed cover for our ' Cafe' Pod' which we tow to events where we supply refreshments. We will not forget A-Plan's professional service next time we have an insurance need

I found the staff friendly and professional and helped me with my queries. My only slight issue was that one of my emails received no reply and I was asked for a copy of my no claims bonus which I had already provided. These were minor issues which received apologies when raised.
