I have been a customer of A Plan for several years now and am happy with their service.
I was contacted well in advance of renewal date and Kyle did all the hard work for me, checking which policy best suited my needs, which also provided me with time to check other providers personally, if desired. On this occasion I was happy to go with their recommendation. All relevant documents were received well in time for the new policy date.

I have just changed my car insurance back to A-Plan after having had a two-year break from them. This break was due to better prices offered on the web for car insurance.
I had used A-Plan for many years when I was in business, insuring several commercial vehicles over the years.
Their service, as always has been efficient, informative, and courteous. My assistant today was Maria Ormesher and as in the past I found the service she provided was excellent.

Promptly renewed with a person I was able to effectively communicate with. The fact I'm reminded my insurance is due etc. alleviates some of my stress.
The one thing I dislike is that I no longer receive the reminder and recommendations in the post first of all. There should be recognition that although IT/TECH is great, online is not great for everyone and this could relate to dyslexia, for example, not always the older generation as generally assumed. This places some at a disadvantage when reading documents.

Never any fuss with A Plan Witney. My car insurance came up and I checked the Meercat. Same old rubbish. See one price, get another. With A Plan I know I get a good deal and there's always someone to help navigate me through the minefield.
