Efficient service, good insurance deals and helpful staff means that we now put all our insurance through A-Plan. It is so much easier than searching around on the internet and comparison sites. This inevitably requires multiple inputs of the same information only to find quotes that don't match your requirements. The premiums invariably increase significantly the next year and you end up doing it all over again. A-Plan takes away all this hassle.

I like the fact that you can speak to customer service on the phone and they will deal with your query there and then. Having a human answer the phone immediately is always a good idea and the person that dealt with my queries was very helpful and user-friendly.

Having never dealt with a Broker before, I was not sure what the fuss was about. But having dealt with Mike at the Camberley branch, I can see that A-Plan are all about the personal touch. Mike could not of been more helpful if he tried. I will definitely be recommending A-Plan
