On changing my car I found that I could not renew my insurance with my current company and the garage kindly recommended A-plan insurance all was completed by the company within the hour and it was on a Saturday as well.

Staff are always polite and helpful, happy to answer questions. Been with A-Plan (Taunton branch) for a few years now, not just because they find great priced insurance but because I like the personal touch of being able to go to see them rather than just over the phone. I recently renewed my car insurance with A-Plan insurance. Although they are slightly more expensive than what I saw on Compare the Market I kept with them because you can actually talk to a broker. My car is old and when I try to fill out a form on line with another cheaper insurance company they will not accept my registration number and there is no one to talk to about it.

I have been with APlan a long time with House Insurance as well as car insurance. Sadly I had to change companies last year as they were unable to compete with their car insurance.
However with renewal almost due they have gone above and beyond to beat my quote and I am very happy to be back with them. They have always gone out their way to assist as much as possible.
