I was greeted in the Maidstone office in a friendly manner and was quickly passed to Nick Collins who too was friendly. He was confident he could obtain a better quote than my current insurer, which was through my normal broker. This was mid afternoon on a Friday. Nick said he would call me on Monday which he did with a brilliant quote. Lower premium and improved cover.
I like the personal approach and will certainly ask Nick to review my motor policy at renewal.
Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan.

Have used A Plan (Alton, Hants) for Car and Home Insurance for well over 10 years. Now, I fully understand that they are a Broker and therefore by definition not always the cheapest. However, there customer service, professionalism , personal approach is unequalled. Whoever you speak to, they are knowledgeable and benefit from a very good system. More importantly, in the result of a Claim, they just make life easy.
