My insurance query was dealt with professionally and personally by Jonny. He provided me options around my policy to suit my needs and explore elements I hadn’t considered. I needed cover for our new home that is of non-standard construction which the comparison sites and other major providers struggled to quote for. I requested a call back in the evening and received it first thing the next morning. Will at the Leamington Spa branch was very helpful and, after contacting the underwriters to confirm all the details, arranged our cover there and then. I am very happy with the initial interactions and policy set-up with A-Plan. (Hopefully, I will not need to post a review for a claim which is often where insurance companies show their true colours!). So far so good.

Decided to try this company after renewal increase from Direct Line. Dealt with Market Harborough office, phone was answered v promptly and the entire conversation was both constructive and professional with David. These brokers know their business well (I see to work for a major London company) and the cover offered was competitive and tailored to my needs. I recommend A-Plan unreservedly
