This company are very professional, excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.
I had to ring them back as the county on the paperwork was incorrect and the young lady changed it within seconds yet one of the previous insurance companies I used said it could not be altered.
Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

It is such a treat to be able to phone an insurance company and actually have a real person, not only answer the phone but to deal with your request fully and with no hassle. Having received a quotation from the Harrogate Branch manager some months ago and although I did not place the business with A Plan I was impressed with the professionalism shown.
When my slightly complicated Household insurance came up for renewal I had no hesitation in returning to A Plan. Again the manager & staff were very helpful & efficient in sourcing the best outcome for me. When another of my policies comes up for renewal I will not hesitate in visiting A Plan.
