I rang in to renew my home building and home content insurance policy and said to the members of the staff that the price was high compared to last year. He replied, "the best I can do for you is to drop £20 off from your current insurance policy" and that made me happy. Hence I have given the five stars the company truly deserves. The staff member was very polite and pleasantly spoke with me.

A-Plan Insurance we’re very helpful in insisting me with my home insurance. I had a particular list which I wanted cover for and Hannah was able to confirm, everything would be covered. A-Plan @ Banbury was the only insurer that knew all about their TC within policy booklet. The likes of Barclays, Aviva we’re unsure about my list and needed a second opinion before confirming.

A breath of fresh air! Sam Kiernan at A-Plan was so helpful sorting out my Mum’s car insurance. No annoying call centres or online form filling.
