I was reminded that my car, buildings and house insurance were all due, which is great has I would have forgotten. A plan searched and found me competitive prices, not the cheapest but with names you have heard of, so I renewed all my policies with them again I think it’s the fifth consecutive year that I do so.

I have purchased my van insurance through A-Plan Tooting for quite a few years. This year I was dealing with Reece Robinson. He was a pleasure to deal with, on the ball, very articulate and didn't time waste. He rang back when he said he would, in fact everything to make the experience flow along easily, he took the time to explain and discuss my policy with me, I cannot recommend him or indeed A Plan enough.

I'm used to doing everything online, and I wasn't convinced that there was much point in going through an insurance broker, but A-Plan came warmly recommended. Five years on I can confirm that A-Plan's Bath office is amazing; always quick to respond, always happy to explain things in plain English and to go the extra mile.. and Sue from A-Plan has been absolutely brilliant at making sure that our insurance claim was processed without delay! As the title says, A-Plan really does care. It is clear to me that the staff you speak to really do have a customer focus ethos, are genuinely interested in your needs and the service they are providing. They take the trouble to explain and discuss. So rare these days (where admittedly so much is done online) - but if you really value 'old fashioned' service (which you cant put a price on in my opinion) then I have no hesitation in recommending.
