I have just renewed my car insurance policy with A-Plan Thatcham branch. I have always received excellent service from this company and this mornings phone call was no different.
I spoke with Paul Reaney who was very personable, knowledgable and he made the renewal process easy.
I was pleased with my renewal quote and I appreciate the fact that this company is able to cover both of my
modified cars (something which other companies have been unable to offer in the past).

The car insurance cover I bought was very good value but when I had a number of corrections and amendments made and checked them online the start time for the cover had been mistakenly changed which would have left me uninsured for the first fourteen and a half hours of cover.

Have both car and breakdown, through a-plan very easy to deal with. Had to make 2 none fault claims and found a_plan very good. The proof of good insurance is when you have to make a claim renewed car insurance in November, and breakdown in December.

Just purchased new car but was unsure what time to start policy but Jasmine soon put my mind to rest giving me a quote with a new insurer and was very helpful. Called the Bury St Edmonds office on day of purchase and Elicia Henly was very helpful in completing the contract. Both my wife and myself have been impressed with all at the Bury office.
