I had a stressful time trying to get home insurance sorted as I left it to the last minute, my first time using A plan,I got Matt from the Basingstoke branch on the phone , he couldent have done enough for me and sorted out a tricky situation that needed a follow up with my insurer , he made a few phone calls and got me covered. will definitely give them a call at renewal time

Had just terrific customer service today from Reese Robinson at A-Plan in Tooting who found a reasonably priced insurance policy for our new electric car - and managed to sort out some complex issues with a no claims bonus to ensure our old and new car got great coverage at no additional cost.
