Having purchased an imported car I was a bit confused as to why I could not continue to maintain my new policy via the Epsom branch ,as I have utilised them for years because they are local & I can pop in to discuss my policy .Don't get me wrong the agent that I dealt with in Southampton was professional ,precise & helpful but as a customer I felt uncertain as to whether to continue my relationship with the company & still don't fully grasp why the Epsom branch couldn't handle this new policy ,, surely a computer placed detail can be done anywhere ???

I am a long-standing client of A-Plan.
A-Plan is ok for my Ford van.

ages to get thru to some one over the phone. Sometimes, there's an automated message which makes it harder to get thru.
