I have been a home and car insurance customer for 18 years so they know what I want and get on with it. E.g. sending me documentation in the post rather than more electronic communications. However can't avoid the protracted telephone interrogation each time even though I tell them nothing has changed.

Every year, as with all insurers, the original renewal quotation always, without fail, is reduced considerably once challenged!!!! Why do insurers & brokers never quote their lowest price in the first place or do they assume the public are so gullable????

Charmaine who arranged my insurance was very knowledgeable and kept the process easy and understandable. Charmaine arrange my insurance around my needs. My son is a digital programmer and he advises completing all business face to face, having this company in my home town allows me to conduct business without having to rely on a internet which is not really safe.

The process of renewing my vehicle insurance and breakdown cover was seemless from start to finish. It made it a very pleasant and stress free experience. Everything was explained to me fully as I would expect, but it felt much more personal as Fraser got everything across to me without it sounding like he was reading through a script. Thank you very much Fraser, it's a 10 from me. I would not hesitate to recommend A-Plan and will certainly be using them again in the future.
