I was recommended by a friend to contact A-Plan for my house insurance. Although happy to compare online, I wanted to do this particular policy over the phone, as I had just completed some renovation work. Tom who I spoke to was very helpful, I’m hard of hearing and his voice was clear and understandable (this is very important for me!) and he was available to pick up the phone the next day when I wanted to confirm and make my payment. I felt with A-Plan I was dealing with a small more personalised office. The phone was picked up straight away without me having to hold for any length of time and it’s reassuring to know I can walk in to their office in Chichester should I ever need to. They also gave me an excellent price which I was very happy with (I had done some research prior to calling them). For all the above reasons, I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. it is just great go be able to speak face to face if you wish.. also answer the phone promptly, unlike previous insurers who were almost impossible to speak to. Using A plan, I found the the experience a breath of fresh air.

I'm a new customer to A-Plan and have recently taken out a multi-car policy with them. The price was favourable compared to existing quotes and the service to date has been very good. I had a couple of small changes and queries that Ewan has sorted for me. It's refreshing in this day and age to be able to email (and get a timely response) rather than spend hours queueing on a phone system.
