I was recommended to use A plan by the specialist dealer where i was buying my Caterham. Being a specialist car it was great for them to pick through the options and gave a competitive quote. Jonathan Scanlan was great to work with as i made a couple of changes to the cover post initial quote and came back with answers on the impact. I was pleased that any change made no difference to the premium. Didnt feel any pressure to buy on the spot or the deal would be gone . I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

After my previous insurance company cancelled my policy when I wanted to make an alteration to my cover, A-Plan stepped up (highly recommended by the Dubbed Out Community of VW campervan owners), and provided a really high level of cover - far exceeding that of my previous policy - and completely understood all the complexities of a motorcaravan. Jack was very efficient and helpful and I can't recommend highly enough.

I phoned for house insurance for unoccupied property. I spoke to Amanda who was great very easy to contact. Amanda found me a great deal and I took it. I will also use them for my own house and building insurance when it's due. I found it very refreshing to get to talk to someone very easy and quickly without having to press no end of numbers and then listen to awful music!!. I would definitely recommend this company.

A good personal service. Nice to talk to humans. Not necessarily the cheapest. Provide breakdown and legal cover alongside motor insurance. Good to have all three policies in the same place but would be good if they recognised this level of business with some reward/discount. Have used for many years.
