I have used A-Plan now for a few years and, once again this particular broker managed to find me a "better" deal, in a professional, friendly, and hassle-free manner. Seemingly little recognition for loyalty, not sure premiums are actively compared or contested for best value, and a rather more mechanistic and less personal approach to clients. There should perhaps be more oversight of the claim process too on behalf of clients who ultimately pay, where ever increasing costs assessed by repairer and insurance company seem unregulated or monitored. The word cartel comes to mind but the process may need greater transparency and independent monitoring
